SHIPPING DELAYS
We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Usually we ship within 2 to 3 days and only ship Monday through Friday. As our team works diligently to fulfill your orders, there are other external factors such as delay by our shipper UPS that we cannot control. We appreciate your continued patience.
*Please note: During seasonal shipping, please accept shipping delays due to higher order volumes and possible weather delays.
HOW ORDERS ARE SHIPPED
UPS will deliver your order. After shipments leave the Fotis Fine Foods facility, and are in UPS possession, UPS is not liable for UPS delivery timing. UPS does not guarantee shipping times.
SHIPMENTS TO ALSASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS
For shipping to Hawaii, please contact us for shipping rates. Cost can vary due to warm weather months. We apologize, but shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are unavailable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
To preserve the high quality of our products, Fotis Fine Foods is unable to offer international shipping. Deliveries may be sent to addresses only if they are within the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii can vary depending on warm weather months.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Regretfully, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and P.O. boxes cannot be used as billing addresses.
DELAY SHIPMENT
Sorry, but we do not offer shipment delays request due to the shelf-life of our products. We carefully ship our products to get the optimal eating experience.
OUR PROMISE
Fotis Fine Foods is to assure freshness, of all of our products shipped. Please be assured that the quality of a product consumed at the end of the shelf-life still lives up to the Fotis Fine Foods standards when stored and shipped at the right conditions. If you receive a product not meeting these requirements, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
MISDELIVERIES
Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the buyer, will require an additional charge for reshipment. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or products shelf-life. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the consumer is not available to receive the package when delivered. Delay in shipping can case issues on products shelf-life.
REFUSALS
Due to the delicate shelf-life of some of our products, under warm weather conditions, we ship certain products with ice packs, which protect the product from heat damage and protect the shelf-life until it is delivered. The life span of ice packs is limited, please accept all shipments and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate immediately. If you find a package was damaged while in transit, communicate the damage to the UPS representative. We will settle any damage disputes with our carriers and will gladly replace any damaged product.
We also have the right to refuse purchasing and shipment of our product during holiday or seasonal times due to high volume from our shipper that can cause delays and excessive shipping cost. This is especially a problem in the Northeast and Southeast of the United States.
BACKORDERS
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email if you would like to still purchase the item(s) or cancel your order.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your product for instructions on how to return your order for a refund or have new product shipped to you. Our Customer Service Agents will be glad to assist you.
CARE: AFTER YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES
Baked Brie Handling Instructions
Brie will ship frozen or refrigerated. Please freeze or refrigerate once it arrives. Frozen shelf life 6 months once defrosted and refrigerated 20 days.
Mediterranean Olive Tapenade Handling Instructions
Tapenade will ship frozen or refrigerated. Please freeze or refrigerate once it arrives. Frozen shelf life 6 months once defrosted and refrigerated 30 days.
