Our Story & Philosophy
Fotis and Son Imports was founded by Catherine and Fotis Georgatsos in 1976 with the goal to bring the highest quality olives and olive oil into the United States.
Over the past 40 years our business has grown and transformed considerably. We have developed new products while bringing in new generations of family and continuing to preserve the company’s original family business culture. We care about our planet, our people and the products we produce.
In the beginning, we made traditional spanakopita’s and baklava for our customers in the back of our small retail store. Today, we are manufacturing homemade pies, appetizers and ready to eat meals in our state of the art facility. Our goal is to make our customers feel part of our family by using traditional cooking methods with wholesome natural ingredients.
